Behind every compliance check is an operator doing a lot of repetitive yet necessary work.
Caribbean Banking operates in a complex regulatory environment where many KYC (Know Your Customer) workflows follow traditional, heavily manual processes that require searching, validating, and reviewing information across multiple touchpoints.
Our challenge was to explore how agentic AI could support these teams by reducing repetitive manual effort, without compromising the accuracy, compliance, or human oversight required in regulated environments.
How might we reduce the manual workload for KYC operators using agentic AI?
